He completed a Vocational Access Course at City College, obtaining a full number of GMOCF credits, and has undertaken studies in Christian Leadership at Luther King House, HND diploma in Social Care from Stockport College, and also has a Professional Certificate in Effective Practice from the Youth Justice Board. In 2009 he received the Manchester Peace Award, the Outstanding Social Behaviour Award (OSBA) and he is a qualified motor mechanic from the Army. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1992 and later in 1998 an Elder by the late Bishop Milton A Williams Snr. He served as a local Pastor in Wythenshawe and as a district director of evangelism. As a Mancunian, he went into the Armed Forces and later the Army Reserves, His full-time employments were working in a residential home with young people and later at Manchester Youth Offending Service has a YOS Support Officer. He believes his strengths lay in working with people who are caught up in the criminal justice system and Lord has blessed him to be involved with the prison chaplain team unpaid, for many years at Strangeways and Style Prisons, where inmates were able to share their thoughts of feeling rejected when they tried to visit any of the mainstream Churches on their return to the community. He later was presented the office of Prison Chaplain in United Kingdom. Clive was appointed to the office of overseer at a joint ordination and licencing service at Manchester Cathedral in October 2010, by Bishop Doye’ Teido Agama of the Apostolic Pastoral Congress UK. Clive serves not only for APC, but also for Compassion Prison Ministry in the office over several years. In 2016 after undergoing months of bishopric training, Clive was consecrated a Bishop for the APC Dioceses of South Manchester with a special duty to the Justice System and Compassion Prison Ministries on Saturday 29th October 2016 at the Manchester Cathedral.
